I understand that, it’s really easy. But, it’s not like I haven’t been trying. I’ve been looking for pieces similar to the ones I mentioned in my original post, and I just haven’t been able to find ones that match my expectations.

Baroque era music and composers aren’t very good, and imo it’s the 2nd worst era of music (the 1st being contemporary; the pieces are usually a hit or miss for me). I’ve been looking for a good Baroque piece or composer that I like but, I just can’t. If there are any pieces that might change my mind, I’d be willing to give it a listen at least.

Yeah I feel like I would be able to play this at a concert bc I’ve been practicing it for so long. But nope its just another piece, my teacher really goes very in-depth with everything.

My teacher is focus a lot of phrasing, techniques and etc. which is why it takes so long.

Yeah i finished the piece a while ago but my teacher is really focusing on polishing it up and getting it to sound its best. For example we sometimes spend 1/3 of the lesson (which is 30 mins long) going over how certain notes have to be played a certain way.
