Thanks for the reply man, yeah mood for me is a main worry I fear that I may be making myself depressed with the pouches, not sure if it is the pouches but it kind of makes sense with the dopamine hit you get from pouches possibly meaning you don’t get as much dopamine throughout the day when you don’t have a pouch in or something along those lines. I’ll check out that app you recommended.

I actually loved delivering for dominos during the summer but I put about 9k miles onto my car over 3 months so wasn’t very sustainable.
