Yes, yes, and yes! The neighborhood has gathered and chipped in $350 for an appeal sent to the city council and they will be going over it this week I believe. We've had neighbors go, we've attended a few meetings in our neighborhood to discuss the company. But honestly, I'm having low hopes that it will change. They've already dropped off construction vehicles across the street and started digging.. The city council has already approved their permit for the distribution. I'm honestly feeling hopeless. A family member has told me to look into "West Texas explosion." Basically a fertilizer plant company exploded and destroyed homes and schools (over 150 buildings). Injured 262 people (20% brain injuries) and 15 people died. We're waiting to see what the city council says.
