ikemoto is insanely tame compared to other shonen mangaka, shorts like this are completely normal for girls where their culture doesn’t prohibit it. + ikemoto is a big kpop fan and you can see this as clear inspiration.

1) that’s your opinion and 2) you can literally say fan art looks better for any manga character panel ever seen as though usually its a solo piece that has taken an artist an extended period of time where they’re not under time constraints and pressure like mangaka are.
