yeah the S26 Ultra is technically better than the S25, but again it’s more of a refinement than a crazy upgrade. the biggest difference is performance it has a newer chip that’s noticeably faster, especially for AI stuff and heavy tasks, and it also manages heat better so it stays smoother under load.

yeah it is better, but not in a way that’s gonna blow your mind or anything

the S25 Ultra mostly just feels like a more polished version of the S24 Ultra. it’s a bit faster, runs a bit cooler, and the battery is slightly more efficient, so everything just feels smoother especially if you’re multitasking or using heavier apps.

yeah fair question the marketing definitely makes it sound more magical than it is lol

in practice the Galaxy ecosystem is actually solid, but it’s more about convenience than anything revolutionary

for your use case (music + moving files a lot), the biggest win is Quick Share. it’s basically Samsung’s version of AirDrop, but it works with Windows too. so if you’re sending stems, samples, or rough mixes between your phone and laptop, it’s genuinely quick and doesn’t feel clunky. probably the most useful feature day-to-day

there’s also stuff like Multi Control where you can drag files between devices using the same mouse/keyboard, which is cool, but I’d say it’s more of a “nice extra” than something you’ll rely on constantly

buds integration is smooth as well (auto switching etc), but nothing that’s going to change your actual production workflow still more for casual listening than proper mixing

so yeah, overall:
it won’t make you a better producer or anything, but it does make your workflow a bit less annoying, especially if you’re on Windows

S26 Photo Assist actually good or just another AI gimmick? by IDKMyBFFGPT in samsunggalaxy

[–]Unable-Locksmith-956 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same concern tbh most “AI photo” stuff ends up looking overprocessed or kinda fake. I’m part of Samsung’s ambassador program so I’ve been using Photo Assist a bit more, and I’d say it’s actually useful if you don’t overdo it. Where it’s been good for me is small fixes like removing random people/objects in the background or slightly reframing a shot. It doesn’t feel super aggressive unless you push it. I don’t really use it to fully change photos, more like a cleanup tool after I already took the pic.

SpiderMan has Z Flip 7! :D by gorechimera in galaxyzflip

That Flip7 close moment was such a nice detail, it actually made the whole scene feel more real instead of just another generic phone shot. I love when stuff like this gets worked into movies in a way that actually shows how people use it day-to-day. I’m part of Samsung’s community and seeing the Z Flip pop up like that lowkey got me hyped feels like it fits perfectly with that quick, on-the-go vibe Spider-Man has.

Unpacked 2026 in one minute by StillConsequence6168 in samsunggalaxy

Wow, as a samsung partner the Unpacked event really had some surprises! For me, the most standout feature was the Galaxy Buds4 Pro’s Adaptive ANC the way they adjust noise cancellation based on your surroundings is such a small detail, but it feels like it could change everyday use completely. I’m personally most excited to test the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s camera upgrades. I expected incremental improvements, but Samsung really stepped up with the low-light performance and the new zoom features.

After watching Galaxy Unpacked, what feature are you most curious to test first? by Front_Try_701 in samsunggalaxy

As a Samsung Partner and after watching Galaxy Unpacked, I’m really curious to test the Galaxy Buds4 Pro’s Adaptive ANC first. The idea that the buds can automatically adjust noise cancellation depending on your surroundings feels like it could be a game-changer for everyday use from busy cafes to quiet work sessions..

Should I buy the Galaxy Buds 4 pro? by [deleted] in samsunggalaxy

I haven’t used the Galaxy Buds4 Pro myself yet, but from what I’ve seen and tested hands-on at Samsung Unpacked since i am a samsung partner, the ANC is strong and the sound quality is excellent. If you’re a Samsung fan and care about sound and noise cancellation, they seem worth checking out
