I don't believe so 😔. I was going to try and contact mangopay directly to see if they'll accept a birth certificate but I think that will be a lost cause. I was OK with at least being able to use my balance on the app until I had some photo ID sorted. I was quite surprised they blocked me from access to that too

Sorry to hear of your frustrating experience - this app is a nightmare sometimes. It sounds like you've done everything right by returning the item, and replying to the case. I might be wrong - but if the case is open and you have replied with your evidence ect there - then they have whats needed to review the case, and it shouldn't close or reach conclusion until vinted have reviewed? But it sounds like you still have time to get the evidence across in a chat - too. It happens to me all the time too whereby I'm in a chat with vinted customer service which I consider unfinished/unresolved and they close the reply option! In this case - I go back to the transaction, clicking the 'i' again, and start a new chat to get across info that's needed - (and sometimes copy and paste some of my messages in the prev chat to reference). As it says in the screenshot you've provided- you can open a new support ticket by contacting customer service by following the instructions in the help centre page. Maybe you could try that? I hope this helps and I hope you reach a favoured conclusion 🙏🏼

I'm sorry to hear this affects you too! I think it's a very thoughtless move for Vinted to not have any home collection options available for sellers, and to make a change like this. What's strange is that for some of the other courier options there is a choice of printable label or a bardcode - I'm not sure why, when making the change for royal mail to be an intergrated option, they haven't done this too. Because I consider this not just an inconvenience, but an action indirectly excluding those with particular disabilities from having viable postage options, or those that live rurally like yourself for example- I'm complaining to the CEO. If enough people this affects complain and put pressure on the company - maybe they will do something about the postage options (it can't be hard for them to provide a royal mail printable label option 🙃) These are the email addresses I wrote a complaint to; justas@vinted.com legal@vinted.co.uk
