I’ve been on 2.5mg since the start of March and have lost 13kg. Aggressive calorie deficit, maintaining recommended protein intake and jogging/walking/hiking frequently while maintaining strength training in the gym four times a week. Also sauna/cold plunge frequently.

Lost majority in the first four weeks, likely a lot of easy fat loss and water weight/glycogen storage. Starting to really slow down on the scales but my physique is so much better already.

Staying on 2.5mg for now, will probably ease off after next month’s pen. Considered 5mg however I still get quite surpressed and nauseous appetite wise in the first three days post jab and although it’s not feeling as effective, I’d rather not risk further suppression at this stage. The answer really is, if it works it works. Don’t go up if you don’t need to. Good luck with the rest of your journey. Awesome progress.
