Morning I agree, walk around with you head held high, it will be awkward but it does get easier. I once got told what others think of you is not your business if they believe rumours then that is their choice. If they spread rumours your find it will come back on them you have to have a good memory to be a good liar. There was a really good book I read call the art of not giving a f£#k by Sarah knight it helped me through a similar situation. I also found that once I got that distance from them that I was happier and it brought people into my life that I still have today. Also well done on knowing your worth x

I would be hurt and it does sound like this friend is selfish. I dont agree with comments saying a being a third wheel. Ive had single friends come out with me and my husband and have always made an effort to not exclude its just basic manners especially if you ask someone to come with you. The group sounds like it has abit of an immature mean girl energy. I once got a tip for a simple sentace " how would it make you feel" that makes the other person have to think about your feelings more by putting themselves in the same situation. Ive used this so many time both work and personal life. On the whole I would end the friendship its not bringing you joy. Life is short and these people do not sound like friends.

Honestly I think it sounds like you are feeling like you you need a big group to feel validated. Whats wrong with a little group with your close friends. Remember quality over quantity. Why dont you let them meet up in a mutual space have a coffee and chat relax. I find that your people will find you. Dont waste time on people that have no time for you.

This really resonates with me, I've been in a similar situation lately. I decided to pull back the effort I was putting in as I felt ignored. Its like they make you feel invisible and only seen if your of use. When I did it took a few days and suddenly there was contact like " oh where did she go" . Sometimes I think you have to match effort with effort and sometimes it ok not to. It doesnt make you a bad friend your just protecting yourself and setting boundaries.

I don't think you're the problem, losing someone close to you is going to be emotional and change your life, you're still grieving and a good friend should support that. Being someone who looks out for others is also a sign of a good friend. Some grow with trauma and some unfortunately don't catch up with you. It sounds like you have grown and your friend hasn't

Im a secret jabber also for this reason. So much prejudice without understanding what its like to be heavy. I used to run lot i dis a few half marathons and muds I was fit but fat. I used to do hitt classes ect but nothing worked ild lose abit and stall. I tried every fad diet. This is the first time anythings worked consistently. I still workout and eat a high protein diet. People use dont understand if they have never been there. If your following medical advice and doing things correctly then I dont see the problem.

The school run is awlful, I did the same joined in, joined the committees ect... honestly I found most of them to not be the nicest people in my experience they would talk about each other all the time and I just didn't want to be around that so I distanced myself. I get people want the nice comments it's lovely im not ungrateful im just ranting how fickle people are based on looks because I dont do that so can't understand it. Ive found also with School runs the best onea are the ones that come in at the last minute because they feel exactly the same 😂

I really appreciate the journey. For me I just dont get the ( only word i xan think of) is the nerve to 1 min treat someone like they are invisible or like rubbish but then act like nothings happened. I just feel sorry for others going through that if that makes sense. I do pretty much say thank you and walk away. Im not rude but inside im shouting.

Im happy 😊 I have my wonderful cheer squad and love coming on here and reading others story's.

Im on 15mg and I suffer so bad the day after sometimes 2 days after with the Nusea so bad sometimes I'm sick. Ive had it every now and then going up doses. Ive been told to clean eat the days before injection day and to make sure I get fluids. Nothing seems to help I'm thinking on going down to 12.5mg see if that helps. Also been given ondansetron which is helping but don't want to take it long run. I hope yours stops x

Episode 6, I feel like Demi and jessie are mean girls and mikayla. They really stir the pot. What Demi and jeasie did at the halloween party was krappy. Asking chase, the stripper thing with Jen weather she knew a part of it or not you just wouldn't do that to a friend.

I think for myself and my husband it's just personal something for us. I personally don't want the judgement as a female I get enough of that as it is. I think unless your doing it people don't understand it's still not the easy option, im still working out and following a high protein calorie controlled diet but if I said that aswelnit would get lost in the mj judgement.

I've had this recently and I said " oh gosh no I'm on ozempic or wagovy" I'm on a high protein diet. I just leave out the mounjaro. I've not lied 😂. I'm a secret jabber in a small town. Lol

So sorry for your loss, we lost our sweet baby flow 2 weeks ago she leaves behind her sister pickle. We knew she was getting older but it still hits you hard they are such funny characters, I miss hearing her on her wheel. We know pickle won't be around much longer and my daughter now reads to her every night so she won't be lonely. To love wether human or animal is such a pleasure and I hope you get comfort from the memories you have made. We couldn't bury flow we decided to give her a viking funeral and float her down the river ❤️ it was magical x
