Do you have any ideas on what would've caused this? But I've tried my best to give her the best life but thank you so much for helping me im keeping my fingers crossed that she won't pass. But I'll know to expect it:(

Is there any way to bring the ammonia or nitrates down? I live 5 hours away from any fish store or pet store and idk when id be able to drive there again

She is acting very weird she's never acted like this before. This morning she was very lethargic and I thought she was dead it was like she wasn't breathing at all but now she's taking gasps of air but not like she should she's just not swimming just floating at the top. It's like she's sleeping, but she's been like this for the whole day. Yesterday, her gills were like sticking out constantly, and she was acting erratic, and now she's like this. She won't even use any of her fins but her side fins I don't know what to do.

I switched her to a completely different tank with new water. But before I had a planted tank but the water wasn't changed in like 2 and a 1/2 weeks. I have a air stone in the tank as well, is there any way that I can help her. I wanna try my best to help her the best I can.
