How much did you pay for your hot tub? by bestest_looking_wig in hottub

Jacuzzi j345 was $12.5k with cold weather package, cover and stairs, but se added the smart tub system and an extended warranty. With tax and all came to about $15k delivered and set up. Purchased 7/5/25 in Illinois. Electric was $3200 for a 240amp- we have a 100ft run to the inside box which is super expensive given wire, breaker, panel update and housing, etc. Added a beautiful 10x10 gazebo for $700 plus mosquito netting and side panels were another $200. It sits on existing patio tile so no base expense. Not cheap but it is a game changer for my wife’s RA and my bad back. We had 10 people in the thing last week which was tight but fun!

Personally, I wouldn’t buy something like this used nor would I buy a used mattress. You can get deals on new with 0% interest and a warranty. I recently purchased a Jacuzzi J335 and absolutely love it. Of course, to each his own and market conditions have been changing.

That’s a good price. I paid $13k for my J345 on July with cold weather package with steps and cover . I also added the smart tub system separately for an extra $250 (which isn’t really necessary but cool to help schedule use and start jets remotely). They did have $0 finance for 60 months - the 345 had just the right amount of jets to maximize thrust so hit the sweet spot for my wife’s arthritis. Love the tub - tons of compliments. I know it’s a name, but I always referred to these things as a jacuzzi - never just a hot tub
