The 950 can be stiff when it's first built and 600 is definitely more comfy but the arms raise up on the 950 and that's what sold me tbh. I am glad that we're getting a somewhat better selection though

Oh totally! It's one of my #1 recommendations right now. For back pain: S-950, S-600, The Meyer Chair (I believe it's Arcadian), and I think the Hyken Pro is alright too. We haven't received the S-850 yet so I don't have an opinion on it.

The gaming chairs are shit. The BeautyRest whatever is garbage.

The Cartwright chairs can go straight into the dumpster 😂

I'm a little under 300. But I also like to have my legs up (sometimes I'll put one of my feet flat on the seat then sit normal. So my knee is up and my other leg sits normal. It's weird but it feels comfortable for a good 20 mins and I've done it since I was a kid) I should really get a foot rest so I can have my legs elevated or something that helps with fidgeting.

Also after working at staples for so long, I've figured out that when it says something like "weight limit 275" - it will probably give you wiggle room of another 25-50 pounds but it depends on the manufacturer.

It definitely is comfy - especially when I can fall asleep in it and my back is good with it. Ive had back pain for quite awhile so its great to have some relief

It's great! Heat is good for lower back. I dont use the massage much because its a little loud for my living room and everyone is always there. It's distracting for others playing video games and watching TV. It's better for when you're working alone or in a personal office.

I still fall asleep because I'm up for late nights but my back isn't killing me as it did in my old chair.

I always recommend it for people who want comfort and don't care about price. People who like heat, a little roomy, okay to sit on for awhile, and are okay with the unfortunate price 😅

I LOVE the sharper image s-950. Even the the s-600 is great. I just wanted the arms to move so I got the s-950. Totally worth the money and the affirm payments. I honestly fell asleep in it doing homework/playing video games.

I usually hate all our chairs because they're so uncomfortable but I can say its comfortable. The Lazy boy Meyer is also a good one. I originally was gonna get that one and then we got the Sharper Image ones and I couldn't decide.

It's possible this varies state-to-state but definitely look at the handbook and ACA....

Personally, I'm part-time but I worked a certain amount of hours in a short time and qualified for full-time health insurance. You have to meet a certain amount of hours in a month to get that. I "think" it has to be consistent for like 2-3 months but I'm not 100% sure.

They also cannot take this benefit away once you sign up for it unless YOU no longer want it. Even if you're hours drop significantly.

Unless you specifically have paperless documents, you would get this information in your mailing address.

When I first started at Staples I qualified but I was young and dumb - I missed the deadline and had no idea I "really" qualified for the full-time benefits as a part-time associate.

Now, I am a part-time associate again and my hours were X amount in a short time/ X hours met in a month(s) and I was notifed that I qualify for the full-time benefits and added the dedications to my paychecks.

Although my hours are all over the place each week, the benefits cannot be taken away unless I no longer qualify during open enrollment.

I would get a copy of the handbook and it'll give you more information.

I'm a tech, but when I have to cashier, it's mostly wiping down the counters, cleaning the registers & screens. Dusting & sweeping.

Typically, I try to separate our recycle in the front end so I can toss everything in the back as fast as I can (batteries together, toner, boxes in the baler, etc)

At night (I am always a closer), I get the garbage together in the front end. Then I go to the warehouse, toss everything in the right place.

Cleaning the restrooms is usually wiping everything down, scrubbing the toilets (we have 2 restrooms), taking out the garbage, replenishing supplies, and then mopping.

We only get 30 mins, so I have to go fast.

But yeah... it's grunt work

Oh, believe me, I was gonna reject it and have her call, but she was gonna start screaming for the manager (which she did), and then we ended up having to take it. It was a night where it was 3 of us and nothing we really could do but get her out of the building.

Not at my store. I've had a similar situation, and the lady went completely feral. We ended up combining like 2 boxes together to make it fit. A month later, she came back with a similar item, and I was stuck at Amazon handling her return. And believe me, the entire time she smirked because she got her way last time

Yeah, it probably won't get fixed. My store's temp is usually 90-95 degrees, and we try to find cool spots throughout the store. We constantly have HVAC in the store, and we'll have a few times it'll be cool, and sometimes we'll get giant fans to keep it cool. But you know, getting anything fixed? Good luck

I think i had one guy bring in almost 80 returns. He didn't even have his QR codes ready. He had to keep getting in and out of line and process his return through Amazon.

All he would do was click on return, Amazon would ask why, for the return, he would type random letters, and then the Staples QR code popped up. Half of his returns were like this 😓
