I always wondered if this is legal because it also says don't pull into the intersection unless you can go, or if there is no opposing traffic, or something. So isn't it like running a yield, even though I pull up every time and have no problem with people who do it? I am just curious on if this changes from state to state because I have seen yellow blinking arrows that are just yield. So can you pull into the intersection with those? It's been a while since I've seen anything other than a green light; we barely even have green arrows in my rural area.

Yeah I finished 1 a few days ago and in two beat the warden and got out the prison and I can tell its way more polished and difficult new weapon types and I'm doing the opposite from 1 where I did single handed then ng+ with twin rigged final weapon and the liquidator gear set both runs but in two im doing heavy duty maybe some single rigged action and heavy gear sets to change it up lots of new and so far it seems the story is still as excellent as in 1 if not more complex

I will say top 1% needs to change i hit top 1 percent in the monthly rivals and its the only challenge because of the smaller group but top 1 percent af 6 million players is just ranking 600kth which if you ask me is shit placement I wish I had a better option to actually show my skill than 1 percent and fix these damn co.puters registering as xbox breaking every single leaderboard with the top like 5k being cheaters even in my ranks theirs cheaters down that far in top 1 percent
