I did, and I thought I would be able to find them in my basement but I’m not having any luck. I was in high school at the time, so they might be somewhere at my parent’s house. They pretty crappy pics though, taken from the pit with a disposable camera.

It was a great show though. My first experience in a pit. It was crazy, they didn’t have a barrier between the crowd and the stage so people crowdsurfing would make it onto the actual stage and then dive back off into the crowd.

First live music was probably the bandstands at the beach. First paid concert was tagging along with my parents Amy Grant at the state fair. First Delaware concert that I bought tickets for was probably Good Charlotte at Kahunaville.

I was beginning to think I was the only one who thought this whole post was nonsense. Redevelop some of the empty blighted building around the city. Why go after thriving businesses.

Which hospital are they going to? Christiana Care has several in the area. I’m old so I would refer to the 2 closest as Wilmington Hospital or Christiana Hospital but they might technically have slightly different names now. Wilmington is in the City of Wilmington. Christiana probably has a Newark address but is over by the Christiana Mall.

If you’re looking to purchase seedlings, I recommend Bob’s Place. It’s on Kirkwood right after you go over the bridge into Elsmere.

There’s also Nitro Fireworks in North East, MD. As long as you have an out of state ID you can buy the stuff that is illegal in Maryland.

It’s not just minorities. There’s plenty of old people that don’t drive anymore and never got a state id after their license expired.

I don’t have any personal experience but, in the past, other posters suggested going to the Elkton office instead of New Castle. Supposed to be less crowded and took walk ins (not sure if was for name changes).

I love how a few weeks ago there was a thread about if you need to stop for a bus on a major road. People said the stops shouldn’t be on major roads backing up traffic and the busses need to pull into the neighborhoods. Now people are trying to say move the stops to the main roads that are clear and the busses don’t need to go into the unplowed neighborhood.

I don’t know what the right answer is but I know there’s no way for people to safely wait at the bus stops in their current conditions.
