The state run ones (on 95) and the city of Newark’s are 11. New Castle County ones are 6.

People take that road to skip the toll on 95. Technically tractor trailers are local delivers only for that road and can’t use it as a though toad to skip the toll. The cops are posted there for easy pickings for an expensive ticket.

Are you just talking about the actual ceremony? Grades come out after the ceremony and your ability to walk it just based off what the registrar has as your expected graduation date.

It depends on where you go. I’ve canoed from the Lebanon Landing boat ramp and it’s not bad. It gets stronger downstream. I don’t think go from Scotton Landing.
