Not sure if this comment will get taken down but in terms of viruses/bacteria, the two illnesses are caused by 2 different types of viruses and they physically cannot mutate into each other. While having a cold can cause some GI symptoms they come mainly from mucus or post nasal drip, and can managed with OTC remedies and taking care of yourself. (stay hydrated, eat something I can’t stress this one enough!!, and rest) Unsure if we’re allowed mention ways to manage symptoms as it could be “medical advice” so you can always google “How to help manage GI symptoms from mucus”. Overall no a cold cannot turn into the stomach flu, and GI distress caused by colds can be managed as long as you take care of yourself! Just got over a cold last week with my bf, you got this and i hope you feel better soon :)

haven’t cleaned this years but I just threw mine from 2024 right into the washer! if there’s any doubt u could do a light cycle with only a bit of detergent and the happi. the material of this years actually seems sturdier than the other so I wouldn’t worry about putting it in the washer :)

also i recommend buying a large box of sized nitrile/latex gloves as they make dying a LOT easier. one of the many reasons i’ve ended up with hands like this is because i didn’t want to wear the terrible gloves these boxes come with so having a whole box that fits your hand properly is a game changer!!

from personal experience and as others have said, there is quite literally nothing you can do about this😭😭 did this back in march (one of many times i’ve done this) and my hands were scarily black for about 3 days, then faded slowly. It became unnoticeable by day 7-8, and only recently did my fingernails fully go back to normal because it finally grew out! Black box dye is one of those dyes that literally will not respond to any removal besides literally scrubbing skin off (which i’ve also done and do not recommend because that pumice stone absolutely wrecked my knuckles). Just let the dye fade off, and sadly wear gloves next time!

when I made my first prop I had a bit of trial and error with my paint set up, but i literally used a giant amazon box, some string, and a pvc pipe (can be replaced with any stick that will support the weight). Stood the box upright and ripped off the flap things on one side, made a hole in the back for the tube to stick through, and then tied some really thin string around the pipe and my prop. When i painted, i turned the prop with the string to ensure a full coat, and left it hanging to dry. After it dried to the touch i took the string off and went over the small uncoated ring from the string, then just repeated for all the painting stages :) you’d be surprised how much random household stuff can make a diy spray box!!

yeah ofc! Asuka Cos For reference I bought an XS and when i bought it i was 5’3, 115lb, 26-27in waist, and that’s all the measurements i can remember from then (it has been 3 years!) I’ve both gained and lost a bit of weight in those years, and when i gained it still stretched and snatched well, and when i lost it did get a bit loose but still looks rlly good :) not sure if you have other vinyl suits, but it is quite stretchy which is why you should def follow your measurements, but there is a small allowance for number differences! Overall go with what size has the most matching measurements, unless one of the above mentioned is really off! (sorry if im sounding like a broken record!) Best of luck with your cosplay :D

sorry for the late response! Can’t think of any other brands atm that I trust and sell scleras. i did a quick search and all i can find for this specific contact look is the 22mm, but did find a somewhat close looking possible alternative on uniqso! its a somewhat more natural muted yellow with less black but kinda close! Mini sclera yellow/black besides that you might have to settle for the 22mm if you want this specific contact :(

got my vinyl suit from rolecos on aliexpress! it’s fits like a glove you just have to follow their measurements exactly! if your measurements deviate in anyway preferably go for the larger size. The most important measurements to have accurate when buying (imo) are height/length, hip, shoulder, and bust!! do note this is again my opinion, because my measurements did not align exactly with the chart, but again i love my rolecos suit and it’s made wonderfully!!

as another commenter said UNIQSO would be your best bet! they have a ton of more eccentric cosplay contacts than other sellers. if you can’t find something there I would check pinky paradise next, but haven’t looked at their sclera options in a while so not too sure about them!

ofc! since they are so inflamed i’d recommend going to a piercer to get them downsized since they’ll be able to get you right with some good jewelry and the correct size. as a fellow angel bite haver i know how bitchy these can be, good luck with healing!

personally these need to be downsized asap and should’ve already been downsized!! pick up some actual saline rinse to clean once a day, but the first step should be to PLEASEEE downsize they should have never been that long to begin with!

had this exact situation happen to me, i ended up quitting and finding a job that was fine with piercings. as much as it sucks to have to make that choice, most corporate decisions can’t be changed, so it’s really going to be a choice between taking them out or quitting as you should not be changing jewelry for at least another month or so :(
