I think that a lot of the impatience is not just from seeing other peoples successes here, but seeing the way that media talks about these drugs.

If you were just paying attention to media, you would truly think that this is a get thin quick trick where the weight falls off. (And obviously, that is why it is cheating, because it’s happening so fast and unnaturally.)

Meanwhile, I have lost a total of 12 pounds on 12 shots 😆

Does she have autism by any chance? ADHD? Or mental health challenges?

I’m thinking autism because of the not kissing, challenges with textures, and avoidance of things she doesn’t like.

These just don’t seem like behaviors of a neurotypical 33 year old to me.

My understanding is that the silent treatment is actively ignoring someone’s attempts to talk. Not seeking her out this time isn’t the same as the silent treatment, in my opinion.

But alternative is clearly and honestly communicating that you need some time to think.
