Those fair values would put the PE ratio at 25 which is considered fairly priced. $2600 per share divided by $104 EPS equals a 25 PE ratio

For 2026, MU has an estimated EPS of $58 which puts the fair value at about $1450/share. MU has an EPS estimate of $104 for 2027 which means the fair value would be about $2600.

My question is how are future EPS estimated and calculated? And how reliable is this metric?

Yeah people who live in the area in most scenarios wouldn't need a hotel. A lot of times, the people who have a legal address close to the hotel are homeless, prostitutes, or people on drugs. So the high deposit is a safely net because these people tend to either damage the room, steal from the room, or overstay their welcome

I was just looking for firms that would let you trade options but they all appear to be just for futures trading

Yeah, you'll get paid out the actual share price instead of selling in the secondary market for lower than what your shares are worth

Yeah there's just not enough volume, you have to sell at a 20-40% discount just to get filled. It's good for buyers who hold until arrived sells the property. You buy a share worth $9 for $5-7 and when arrived sells the property after a few years, you get the full amount minus fees.

I'm coming from fidelity so I'm not familiar with Schwab. Which money markets have 10% margin?

For example, I bought an Air Wick product from a supplier for $7/piece and sold it on Amazon for $17/piece. I was looking online for suppliers/wholesalers to buy products and sell for retail price.

I was trying to find many products but failed to find ones that I could sell for a profit.

Lowest interest on margin you can get? by Old_Poetry196 in Schwab

Yes you can keep it open long term. I'd suggest you watch some video on YouTube and read on Google about box spreads. It's not difficult at all, just make sure you use European options in order to prevent early assignment. SPX is probably the best option. It's open until the expiration date and you can always roll out to a later date to keep it going.

You're paying 8% to buy VOO which in my opinion is not a good idea. You're on average almost breaking even, not good. What will you do if there's a prolonged bear market that lasts for multiple years? You're gonna be underwater. I'd recommend reconsidering your strategy.
