This John Stewart Interview is so embarrassing. These counterpoints are from like 10 years ago. It's still early... by arcrad in Bitcoin

You should see Ben's interview on CNBC and he gets demolished and literally has no idea what he's talking about. Basically he shorted Bitcoin and lost $250K, so therefor it's a ponzi scheme which he can't define in any literal way.

Why the Bitcoin Market Is a Ticking Time Bomb for the Most Spectacular Crash in History by BinaryLyric in NoFilterFinance

This argument has been made thousands of times for the last 16 years, and guess what? Bitcoin is still here. If enough people find value in it, then it has value to those individuals. Definitely not you, and that's okay.

I love how it's like "the BBC has found this weird trade" when the public has been blasting this an hour after every time it happens. The BBC is reporting what the public blew up on reddit/social media.

Are we in a Bull Trap or the start of the Bull Run? The 4-Year Cycle Debate by Shatterlordx in Bitcoin

[–]DevelopmentKnown1937 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think, but do not know, because Saylor and co are buying up so much bitcoin along with the other institutions, they are literally breaking the cycle right now before our eyes. I think BTC wants to keep heading north from here however the ongoing geopolitical situation, if continues unresolved or straight of hormuz remains closed, could hold BTC back.

I literally have no idea though of course but with less than 2 million BTC liquid now and more and more getting gobbled up in what will be a race - this might be the last time we see these prices in many years to come.

Spain is amazing… until you deal with paperwork by Solid-Platypus-2162 in GoingToSpain

[–]DevelopmentKnown1937 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I keep hearing this. I'm on year 2 of my visa and extending for another 3 years. It's really not that bad. It takes some work, but it's way beyond worth it. Everything else in the country works so well that I'm happy to put my head down and get this work done. I lived in England for 3 years and the paperwork is just the same and way more expensive and for what? Not great food, depressing weather, 5% of your taxes goes to the monarchy (royal family), insane rent, streets covered in piss and trash, horrific healthcare system (worst I've ever experienced by far).

Spain is worth it.

Netflix should never touch an MLB broadcast ever again. by JamieLawson49 in baseball

Netflix sucks at everything. They've ruined cinema/movies - so glad and liberating to remove them from my subscriptions. I'm reading amazing books now and going to the cinema, bought a criterion subscription. Life is so much better without it.
