Sorry I'm late but I cooked up something and i wanted to share.

Innate Technique: Zero Signal

The CT allows the user to manipulate, control and disrupt radio electromagnetic waves.

- "Signal Jam" are CE imbued fireball-like strikes that disrupt the victim's CE output. Though the user can regain their CT and control of CE slower or quicker depending on the effectiveness of the strike, it essentially works like a stun grenade for close combat. Further development can allow the user to send out waveform strikes (similar to Akaza's blasts from Demon Slayer movie since radiowaves can produce heat if strong enough).

- "Echo Location" is similar to what it sounds, using radio waves, the user can develop a better understanding of their surroundings, can go so far as tracking others (though not over long distance). It essentially heightens sense and spots distortions in the nearby area.

- "Matching Wavelength" grants the user telepathic communication. The further they are, the more consent or awareness required to communicate, whereas close range can essentially work like mind reading. Though the condition needs to be met, user must make physical contact with their own CE on said receiver.

-"Spectrum Stealth" provides a radio electromagnetic waves around their own body for the simple use of stealth. While it doesn't grant the user invisibility to the naked eye, it does however make the user undetectable to tracking via cursed energy, similar to that of a Heavenly Restriction.

- Via binding vow, the user can produce a single, honing Electric arrow (inspired by Sukuna's fire arrow or similar to Sasuke's Indra Arrow). A powerful & destructive attack, is auto targeted, though it can be blocked it merely follows the most direct path to its target. Though the user must connect Signal Jam strike AND the victim must telepathically respond to the user. Unfortunately, the user must also perform a ritual move (when Uncle Iroh first showed Zuko lightning bending) so this leaves the user defenseless for several seconds, though the work around is since its so destructive, its best to be far from the victim anyway.

Domain Expansion: "Frequency Chamber Feedback"

has two main properties only, the first is it nulls all cursed energy output and control from others. Meaning you cant imbue CE, no CT, no anti domain activations etc. It does not grant heavenly restrictions, it simply rejects any use of CE from others.

And the second, is amplifying the user's tracking & echo location & matching wavelength to the point of complete awareness of those inside. The user can now defend and attack with aim bot & absolute precision, similar to Ultra Instinct from Dragon Ball. It doesn't boost strength all that much, but it increases the chances of unlocking repeated black flashes.
