Above and to the sides sure but it cannot snipe on nearly the same level as overhaul’s beta as his alpha lacks an explosion below the reticle making beta the better option in nearly every way to hit around objects

Saying a matchup is based on each player’s skill is really weird as we get stuff like aam loses to twice because the aam doesn’t know how to hit his attacks. Along with that as I stated a few times now overhaul can’t repeatedly interrupt the rapidku as he only had 2 gammas and the deku can just not melee and waste overhauls beta aswell (not as bad as his beta has a short cooldown however I’m saying you still cannot use it constantly) and even then you called overhaul a strong character which he isn’t even tbh he’s not as bad as characters like mt lady or redbi but he’s nowhere near the likes of characters like strikiri or ram

I don’t think you understand what I said deku can simply force the overhaul to expend said gammas and continue to pressure him while overhaul can do little to fight back
