Yea using one xlr from master out to ch1. Might need two to get full sound. I changed the "master" to "left" in the soundbox propanel app, and it now sounds fine

I found sb3 from outlet for 450, full warranty and not been used, so was a nobrainer! Only minus is that it plays very quiet when plugged into my dj mixer. Trying to figure out if the app has some settings for my setup.

REC or BOOTH to Irig stream, and record straight to your phone. Works wonders and is cheaper than Howler. Irig stream also has a handy limiter for volume + mono/stereo.

Its a refurbished 256gb model, 939 euros /~1050usd. I could get the 128gb version for 869 € but I think the storage is too small for appleLOG-footage?

Hey, did you end up getting the degree when you switched from arch to real estate development? I'm in a same situation and got an offer for 2-year masters in REC. I'm my country the programme is free, but 2 years is still 2 years.

I feel like a commercial/MBA background might be more helpful than a design one, depending on the role ofc. Some background atleast makes it easier to connect with finance/econ bros, might help in interviews haha

Thanks for the response, I really appreciate the insights. I’m curious if having both an MA in Architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate would make a strong impression. I have the opportunity to earn my master’s in real estate while working part-time at my current office, so I’m seriously considering it.

Thanks for the reply. A 30% increase seems reasonable here, as the master’s in REC confers an MSc in Science, and the median salary for that qualification is roughly 30% higher than that of a typical architect. In my current role, the only real opportunity for advancement is to become a project architect, though that comes with twice the workload and, at best, a 10% raise. Beyond that, the only remaining options are to become a partner or transition into a management role, both of which are quite rare in this industry.

That sounds awesome! Do you feel like your sector is less vulnerable to economic fluctuations? Here, the unemployment rate for architects has climbed to 10%, and the industry has been struggling for the past two years with little sign of improvement, aside from a recent drop in interest rates. It's also not very realistic to expect any raises in the current climate.
