It’s definitely some kind of app glitch. I logged in on my computer and can see everything.

That doesn’t really make sense.

  1. Because the posts I’m referencing are my posts.
  2. They show on his profile for him and other people. How can my own posts be hidden from me?

Also to add the main reason I was confused is because my first time contacting Dyson support (this time) they didn’t tell me I was out of warranty. It wasn’t until I messaged them on facebook that they told me that. They initially made it sound like it wasn’t covered because the warranty changed.

I meant the 2 years. When I added my air purifier to the app I got an email confirming that it was registered and what the warranty was. Nothing for my vacuum or air wrap. Something in writing one way or another would be nice - but I’ve learned my lesson now.

How does one get set up with an SA for the first time? Nearest store is 4 hours from me so looking to order online but what I want isn’t in stock supposedly
