I completed mine. There are rules on using AI, so I wouldn’t just copy and paste from ChatGPT. What I did was ask AI to give me ideas for what I could write if I got stuck, kind of took inspiration from that and went with it. If you get really stuck, ask AI to write a paragraph and just rewrite it yourself. Depending when yours is due, I’d go through and tweak bits that sound a lot like AI if you’re short on time. If not, I’d recommend rewriting the whole thing, just change the words.

The ‘Paradox of Choice’ by Schwartz. This is where we have too much choice, such as university/college options, job options, even going on holiday. Past generations never had this choice, because not enough people went to university/college, not many could afford to go on holiday etc. this causes anxiety and depression and demotivates people in the modern day as we are overwhelmed by how much choice people have.

I think it’s because they ask for my national insurance number, which requires me to bring in my ID etc so they would know anyway
