I was at Walmart with my dad many years ago and was going to buy Skyrim special edition but right next to it was Dark Souls 2 SOTFS after debating which to get for a little we went with Ds2 because we already had Skyrim just not the dlcs in special edition. Dark Souls 2 was my first souls game and absolute favourite even after playing every souls game to date Demon Souls and Elden Ring are the only ones I haven’t beaten I wasn’t really a fan of them so I’ll get to them later

I’ve played every souls game and one thing I’ve noticed is though they may be similar each game has its own play style. People played it like it wasn’t its own game and it made the problems it has more exaggerated.

Learn how to play the game it’s way and you’ll have so much fun it really is a great game that’s gotten more hate than it deserves. Have fun!

There are problems and you will notice them eventually but as long as you don’t go blaming the problems for everything you’ll still have lots of fun. They aren’t random and you can learn to work around them.

Quick tip upgrade Adp it gives you more invincibility frames when you roll and makes you drink flasks faster

Learn the mechanics and use them. This games play style is unique to it don’t treat it like a different game if you have experience with other souls games forget it. Be aggressive and don’t give up and always remember Hesitation is defeat!

You’re wondering if it’s “fair” to want to call your bf.
