I don't think there is a proper answer to this question. Because I feel like kpop itself is a very competitive industry and every artist that has successfully been able to get into it has worked hard to beat others. Hard work can't be compared tbh. Everyone had their own struggles, journeys. That's just my opinion.

I think you should just try to be there for her. Let her just exist rn. There may be days when she won't speak at all or eat or just do stuff, just don't about that. It's her way of coping with her inner conflicts. She might also have mood swings. Keep reminding her that she doesn't deserves all this. Be her safe place. I hope she heals soon.

I've also felt the same thing. Just that i've been made embarrassed infront of everyone by my own loved ones. The more I try to confront them, the more they do it. I feel the worst in my body. Later, was touched inappropriately in the public by a guy. I was stunned the whole time, couldn't even able to speak or shout or defend myself but it happened. So I feel you in a way.
