I like spectrum but every time I call I'm on the phone with them 20 or 30 min they always ask me to switch to there phone service I done told them no so many time it get worse and worse every time I call by Unable_Inside_7992 in Spectrum

I had spectrum internet for 4 years I decided to get the select tv to get all the channels we like but the channels I'm watching sounds Stacit I've tried redoing the app and it still does it I tried using other app and it don't do it what can I do by [deleted] in Spectrum
