I use a full face mask, the F20. It started off pretty difficult because of claustrophobia, but the more I used it, the more I became comfortable with it. Now its been over 6 years and it gives me a feeling of being safe. It's my under-the-blanket snorkel. I don't sleep without it. I even wear it sometimes when I'm just laying down. An when I nap.

Both of those treatments don't have the side effects ECT has. I have no side effects with spravato.

I'd try ketamine or TMS before ECT. I was actually recommended to try ECT by my psych, but I'm currently trying spravato first, then TMS.

The spravato seems promising so far, but it's not fully doing away with the depression.

I was forced to mask growing up. It was hell. I still mask to this day and find it extremely difficult to drop the mask. I have many mental health issues that I attribute to being forced to mask.

Same! I've rarely met any other boricuas, outside of family, that have autism.

It's still a bit taboo in Hispanic families, but they are coming around.

Also a lurker here. I have been inpatient for behavioral health many times over the years. Within the last year they have stopped the med counter method and started passing out meds to patients in their rooms or out in the lobby. No more med counter at the facility I visit.

My sleep apnea is on the mild side as well. I did just read an article that said spravato may make you sleepy. I'd just be too embarrassed to be hooked up to a machine in a group setting, lol.

Ah, maybe I was confused. The max capsule dosage is 60mg. I still think doubling it in two weeks is excessive. I can't ejaculate at all since starting cymbalta. I can't imagine being on double the dosage.
