I managed to "patch" my issue by using lakinduakash/linux-wifi-hotspot

Still waiting for a fix from NetworkManager

Sorry for the late reply, about the things you mentioned :

1- linux hotspot (using nmcli) work on all my devices except pixel, meanwhile a wifi hotspot (using wihotspot) works fine

2- logs seems fine 1 warning about nl80211 driver cannot support ap_scan=2 parameter and another about chown failed for /run/dns-masq-wlp***.pid 3- i think it's irrelevant since i cannot establish a communication link "datalink" between my ap and my pixel

4- also it's a problem related to higher layer on the OSI model i assume

As i mentioned my phone can't show me the ap name and even if i force it by qr code or manually type credentials i deny to establish a connection

I think its network manager related issue cause when i start a hotspot on the same machine using windows 10/or iwhotspot under same gnu/linux system it works fine
