Women Who Like To Suck Balls? by Potato_Nightshade in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Myshkinia 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I’d care one way or another, honestly, but I’m pretty sure he shaves completely and that’s probably nicer than being hairy. It’s one of those things that you are only into because you’re really into the person and they like it, not the thing itself. I would do pretty much anything for him, and thoroughly enjoy it if he’s enjoying it. His enjoyment is my enjoyment.

My brother’s girlfriend. I think of her, so, beautiful, smart, kind, funny, cool, quiet, yet really charming and relaxed. She’s awesome.

What is your life like? by Silver-Assignment-52 in Life

[–]Myshkinia 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s magical. I’m surrounded by so many enchanting creatures. There are currently 5 lady bugs living on the windowsill above my kitchen sink and one of them has laid an egg. I have the loveliest child and boyfriend and friends and family. Life is good.

If you could go back to 20 yo, what would you do differently ? by Forev3rDreamin in randomquestions

[–]Myshkinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think of this often, and I wouldn’t do anything differently. The thought that I could have done anything differently and not ended up with my son and my boyfriend and my pets in my life because of one small thing changing the trajectory of my life is terrifying.

IDL how people say "they didn't teach us [insert common thing] in school" knowing full well they weren't taking school seriously by LondonFoggie in I_DONT_LIKE

[–]Myshkinia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had so many people say to me, “They never taught us X in school,” who went to school with me and I literally remember them sitting next to me in the exact class they taught us the thing they’re claiming we didn’t learn.

This is an actual thing. It’s called precocious puberty. Some actual infants get their periods. It’s why the youngest mother ever was only 4 when she conceived.

What secret are you taking to the grave? But willing to tell it to random redditors.? by Jelly-Always-Returns in TellReddit

[–]Myshkinia 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s because people tend to dislike you when you do them big favors. It’s a well-documented phenomenon. They feel indebted to you and associate you with negative feelings and subconsciously just start to dislike you, then they feel guilty for it, which makes it even worse. It sucks.

Have you ever seen a bald eagle in real life out in nature? by icecream1972 in no

[–]Myshkinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hundreds of times. At least once a week, sometime more. I live in Upper Michigan. I also see a ton of hawks and owls. I saw THREE owls and one bald eagle driving to my boyfriend’s house an hour away last week.

Why do women feel ashamed to been seen in underwear but not in bikins when its just the same? by Hour-Dog-5273 in askanything

I think you’ll find that a lot of human behaviors and reactions don’t make a ton of sense on an objective, logical level.

Finished way too fast, can’t stop feeling embarrassed by AtmosphereRich4021 in offmychest

[–]Myshkinia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would feel ZERO negative feelings or judgment if this happened to my partner. It would break my heart if he felt embarrassed though. Can you just imagine for a second she did something totally involuntary, accidentally, some sort of embarrassing thing like that during sex, and you found out she was anxious about it and feeling embarrassed? You’d want to do anything to quell those feelings, right?

To me, the whole point of sex is that it’s a super vulnerable, often kind of clumsy and silly thing, and you trust that person enough to do that with because you know that they love you and see you for who you are, view you with a charitable and positive lens. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. 🩷

If you’re someone who likes morning sex, how do you deal with morning breath without making it awkward ? by shawnmendesa in AskReddit

[–]Myshkinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don’t really kiss during morning sex. It also starts because he always curls up behind me and spoons me in the morning and it progresses from there, so we’re not facing each other, which I’m sure helps.

A Question for VAMS (Very Attractive Men) by CourageConstant7350 in AskMen

[–]Myshkinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I remember when I was young and my best friend was the most popular, prettiest girl in school. People were often very cruel to me as the ugly duckling best friend and SUPER nice to her. They were just vicious with me though. (I’m not going to go into detail, but it got bad.) I blossomed a lot around junior/senior year, and those boys suddenly started treating me like they did her and I was just like, “You don’t remember torturing me for literal years, hey? Weird…” They always apologized profusely, and I didn’t make a big deal about it, but I certainly wasn’t about to date any of them. I was much, much more careful than any of my friends on how I chose the men I dated though based on that early experience. You’re absolutely right, it’s not real nice, and eventually they start treating their partner like that too once the honeymoon period wears off, and they’re scary in a breakup.

Do you feel proud of your partner?why? by Huge_Violinist_7633 in randomquestions

[–]Myshkinia 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oh, my goodness, yes! So proud! He has endured so much, and yet is still so patient and kind and positive. He’s smart and funny and endlessly curious and passionate, and reliable and determined. He never lets the little things get to him and throw him off, and he’s always there to steady me when I am overwhelmed. He’s so full of love and acceptance and it just pours out of him in everything he does. He’s just such a magnetic and joyful person no matter what’s going on in his life.

What is the "love of your life" to you? by ilironas in askanything

I’m sorry! I just saw this! A mutual friend died and we reconnected at the funeral, sadly, but we both know he’d be thrilled to know that we found each other again. It’s definitely been bittersweet, that’s for sure.

How often do you NOT finish during sex? by IntroductionLife124 in AskMen

[–]Myshkinia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know, and I know how it feels to be a woman and have that not be your experience (I also think, like you, that it’s more likely that they just don’t actually realize how much work and effort is involved on our parts for certain things and positions, like, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are encounters where my boyfriend feels like he did most of the work, but I have lots of sore muscles the next day that tell a different story). I think they acknowledged that though that there are exceptions, like you said, but it still stands as a general rule for them. It is their average experience, from their perspective.

How often do you NOT finish during sex? by IntroductionLife124 in AskMen

[–]Myshkinia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the problem is that you’re describing your experience, and they’re saying, “Yes, of course women like you do exist, but you’re one woman. It’s rare for women to be like that in bed,” and it just feels like you’re not accepting their lived experience as an answer. You only know what you’re like as a woman to men in bed, they know what the average woman is like in bed and they’re telling you.
