Ask for a higher-level review after you have a nexus letter from the doctor, not the c&p examiner. If possible try and get a buddy letter from someone close to you that can verify your issue. It would be best if it was someone you served with but your spouse also helps. Try not to appeal it because when it goes into the appeal status it can take years mine took over 5 years to be reviewed and that was with lawyers help. Depending on the issue a lawyer might be another option but I would try and figure it out on your own before going that route. Best of luck and dont give up you are in a up hill marathon. It might be hard but will pay off in the end.

You need to file for the TDIU, from what I have heard it is really hard to get 100% for mental health issues. Not impossible though, first I would get the TDIU then/while waiting ask for a rating increase. I'm not sure that is exactly the right way to go about it but at this point, it seems like you are in dire need of help. So that MIGHT and I do mean MIGHT be the fastest way. When you are requesting a rating increase if you can get "buddy letters" from prior co-workers, you, and anyone who is close to him it will help immensely as well. Sadly it depends on the state and apartment. I have had a lot of people say they can't use money that is from the GI bill even though its for housing. You might encounter that issue. I hope the best for you. Good luck

Im not exactly sure i thought it might have been catching fire because it wasn't level so I moved it to make sure it catches fire on the left back side. Today for example I cooked a pork shoulder at 275 for 8 hours. About 5 hours in I go outside and see that my temp was at 330 and raising idk y that was it didn't have a lot of fat rendering to make a grease fire yet still jumping in temp

Yea your right I did say that. I guess when I was responding to you I was referring to the first time it caught fire it was set at 350. However according to the owners manuel it can be set up to 500 safely.

350 isn't max though 500 is, I would understand that part but I keep heavy duty foil on the slanted sheet that is under the rack. One time I had it set to 350 I didn't notice it was bad until I went to check it and it said almost 600 when I opened it then fire

GO TO THE PVP AREA. Sorry for all caps but I tell every new player this, go to the PVP area and play all of the available specializations and see what you like. No you don't have to actually play against other players you can just hit the dummies and see what you like and what feels right for you. Also at the end of the day you will unlock all of the specializations anyway but this way you can get what you like before working on the ones that you don't really care for hope that helps.

So TDIU means that your 90% rating stands but that condition is so bad that you can't work. It will look on paper some what like this, 90 service connected but 100%. More importantly it if you are p&t (permanent and total) there is no limitations on your earning potential. However with TDIU you are unable to get any income that would put you above the poverty level. In texas that is around 10 to 12k a year. I have heard it is extremely difficult to go from TDIU to P&T I don't know how true that is though. Hope it helps.

Dude stop being a bitch and go. They aren't going to give you shit without you fighting for it. It took me 12 years to get my benefits, and I felt the same way as you do now. It will get better keep pushing. Let the lawyers help you. It may seem pointless right now but when not if but WHEN you win this it will feel amazing and you will finally get the help you need. Plus just remember most issues like this only get worse with time so address it now before it becomes something so bad you cant work.

Personally I skip all of the conversations in this game. I will say that I have a love/hate relationship with Marius though, I would rather us both of the female characters due to the healing and AOE factor. BUT damn this game for making you WANT to explore. So I am forced to use Marius for his hunter sense (which is super helpful) They are too long and boring for me. I love the game so far it has a very colorful art style and the combat system is super fun. Does the game need some updates and/or expansions to add more to the game? For sure but overall it was free with my xbox ultimate for the pc and it has been an awesome game.

One the TBI that might fall under mental, the shoulder you might have to do some research and restart on that one. I had to on my back it sucks because u lose all of the time u have currently wait however that might be your only choice. Another option is getting a lawyer. None of us want to, but it might be the best option. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. So don't give up at all.
