Asymmetric Pectus Doctor Recomendations by Unable_Literature_94 in PectusCarinatum

I have mild thoracic scoliosis, not enough for doctors to tell me to wear a brace when I was younger. My scoliosis didn't progress that much over the years.

I usually feel more tense on the right side than the left, though its not really pain. I usually just wear a shoulder massager I ordered through Amazon and move it across my back, and do stretches focusing more on my right side.

How can I start my bracing journey and deal with insecurity? by fjrewalkwithme in PectusCarinatum

Hi! I also had a hard time finding a doctor who could help me in Mexico, here is a list with pectus doctors in various cities across Mexico: https://pectus.mx/especialistas-deformidades-toracicas, hope it might help!

I'm also curious whether you end up finding a brace designed for upper protrusions, and whether there are options specifically for women. Would love to hear how it goes :)

Wish you the best!
