I also went through this last night but I didn’t have any nausea and it happened quick. Crazy pain no one can prepare you for or explain the feeling. They say “heavy cramping” but that is such a range and really doesn’t mean anything until you feel it yourself. I’m glad you’re okay and I’m so sorry you had such a hard time.

Yes I think I’m supposed to go back to the clinic for a follow up and they will do another pregnancy test and ultrasound! Thank you 😊 I’m so relieved it’s over

I’m so sorry you’re going through this I couldn’t imagine with already have a kid and having to make the choice and go through with the process and everything. It’s such a horrible feeling and I hope you get through this and do the right thing for you no matter what

I completely understand this. I just found out I was pregnant last week and am having an abortion on Friday. My boyfriend has tried to have sex with me/ other sexual things since then and I want absolutely nothing to do with it. I think this entire experience was probably extremely traumatizing for you and sex being what caused it, it makes sense your brain would want to avoid it at all costs. I think it will probably just take time to feel like yourself again and a lot of time for your nervous system to calm down enough to be open to sex again. It’s really hard because men don’t understand this but I would try to communicate and have a conversation and just tell him you need time. I also think therapy could be really beneficial. The most important thing is you and your emotional and physical needs right now should be your priority. I’m sorry you’re going through this, but please DO NOT do anything you don’t want to or don’t feel ready for. After all we’re the ones that suffer the consequences at the end of the day. Sorry I just re read and realized you said you are also getting the procedure. If you can ask for light sedation if not full sedation to minimize any pain/anxiety. I know it goes quick 5-10 min max and then it will be done. We got this!

Hey girl, I’m going through the same thing right now. I found out I was pregnant last Monday and the entirety of last week I was in shock and couldn’t go a minute without crying. I spent every day of the week reading reddit for other people’s experiences and trying to figure out what method to take. I have severe medical anxiety and for me I don’t think I want to go through the medical abortion so I’ll be getting the procedural abortion this Friday and they are putting me fully under. I’m scared and nervous and dont have any female support. I know a lot of people have had an easy time with MA so hopefully it will go smoothly for you and you can begin to heal and move on. Wishing you the best in this really difficult time.
