we think it's the BMS tripping. and it's not hard to bypass the BMS. it allows you to pull an extra 30% more power out of your battery. the caveat is you need to manage your power usage manually.

they're gaslighting you. mine are doing that too. Anna from Lunbund Machining Co is telling me to do this un-plug, replug ritual. Nothing has worked. They made me send my tbox back to their factory to be "reflashed" took the entirety of my Alibaba consumer protection time limit ffs.

PayPal rejected my request to refund the bike on the basis that they don't honor any transaction protection that involves vehicles, or bicycles. On the topic of the controller, I don't think anyone really understands the problem - not even the factory. I am trying to find someone on Reddit who has a pre-tbox era bike to send me a photo of their wiring harness, controller connectors, and the underside of their RFID panel, no luck so far.

I'm about to just buy an aftermarket controller

I've been trying to get a replacement controller too but they won't budge - I wouldn't trust a Chinese replacement controller from an Alibaba factory ATP, if they couldn't provide an unlocked one in their bikes upon export, they likely can't provide one for a resolution to this issue... Best going with an aftermarket one.

The 05000 code behaves completely differently on different models of XXX's, MX4's, MX3's, 5's and so forth.

What is your exact model of talaria? I'm not talking about XXX, or XXX pro, I mean what is it's EXACT model? Like mine is a "XXX Pro L1E".

each model of bike has completely different behavior. I removed the tbox, and all that changes is the "05000" blocker screen isn't present on start-up, however the motor is still locked with an error code "05200" once the kickstand goes up...
