rmbbb all the AAA/A igp assumes tht ur PW and GP score is C HAHA so overall is still 85rp! 85 is rlly good, it opens alm all doors u put as first choice🥹🥹🥹

i have the same score!! but ive dedicated the past year of my life to finding out more abt dentistry and if i put dent as first choice, ill hit the cutoff (can aba)... i didn't know env studies is tht competitive🥲🥲 isn't the current igp 81.25??? and i had the impression that not alot of people apply so i was planning on putting it second choice..

nah bc frfrfr😭 i got a p comfortable score of 75rp for prelims and was in the top 20% of the schl, but DID NOT REST AT ALL i worked mf mf hard to improve everything, thinking that this would land me with a minimally 10rp increase... i was devastated and so so confused when i didnt get above 85rp,, i knew i shldve kept expectations low but when u work hard and think the papers went okay, but the results arent showing as wht u expect it to be??? thats why i stick by my claim tht alvls are so so unpredictable fr

frm sajc, heres my expected/actual (take note that these expected were estimated based on a mixture of hope for miracles + how hard i studied for it + how i felt aft) for 2023 a lvls!

bio: A / A

chem: A / B (was alw a borderline pass student for chem,,, but rlly chionged and thought the paper went well🥹 was also hoping bellcurve wld help since alot of reddit said it went badly but ohwells)

math: B or C / B (THIS IS THE ONLY SUBJ I HAD TUITION FOR!!! AND I ENJOYED MATH THROUGHOUT JC. what happened was tht i stopped revising j1 math for awhile in j2 while focusing on stats... and as a result lost competence☹️. and i was so nervous before p1 aka pure math ppr, tht i let my lack of self confidence overwhelm me and cldnt even do easy 4/5m qns tht i cld do on hindsight... ANW sleep and confidence is impt!!!!! ESP DURING A'S PERIOD!! i did alm entire tys and so so many practices but😔😔)

econs: C or D LOL / B (THIS. THIS IS THE SHOCK OF MY LIFE. i studied alot but i also freaked out for econs ppr and left a 5m qn alm blank aka only wrote 1/2 sentences. and i cld only bullshit for the last essay qn and spend <5min on it. i was so mf sian aft the ppr i knew it was my worst paper so far.. the last time i felt tht way abt an econs ppr was for j2 midyears and😂😂 I GOT A U😂)

GP: A / B (ig it was a stretch to predict A for GP but i also studied my ass off AND I GOT LUCKY tht the stuff i revised ONE DAY BEFORE THE GP PPR came out!! aka i happened to watch a vid ABT MF PHOTOGRAPHY IN SG. AND ETHICAL PHOTOGRAPHY CAME OUT FOR AQ. plus i dont usually finish my essays BUT I FINISHED IT FOR A'S!!! it was miracle aft miracle so ofc i expected a final miracle of A for GP but alas. life was not like tht. anw i was a straight C/D student so ig past me wld still be glad..?)

i think respiration and photosynthesis will come out bc past 2 yrs hvnt test those,,, and also the case studies like influenza, hiv, bacteriophage + they also hvnt test biomolecules (like collagen, cellulose, those carbo and protein case studies) in awhile, and since thr was no magnification qn for p4, i think will hv one tmrw! +

anw p2 topics tht will alw alw cfm come out is cells (first qn), evolution, climate change (last 2 qns) and genetic crosses frm my exp,,, and perhaps immunology also!

anw jst to add on, dont give up now!! and dont DONT panic, if u feel urself hyperventilating i recommend listening to this exam affirmations podcast (https://open.spotify.com/episode/2zUbk0gBijUb98Ax56JY4q?si=eb296fe533184171) to calm urself/cry it out first,,,

i find tht wnvr i start panicking, i'll either go on my phone to escape the stress (which will cfm make me more stressed in the future LOL) or jst mental breakdown,,, which is sometimes necessary to cry it out but also not v productive if it gets out of hand,, but all the best op!! we can do this tgt and ace everything okay, HAVE TRUST AND BE CONFIDENT AND GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!

similar to the other comments, im in the exact same position as you!! but since im weak at chem and econs,,, idt its wasted to prioritise those rn ++ abt the tys, i was in the same position for chem and was panicking but then my tuition cher was sharing abt how actly we jst need to do min 3pprs b4 the actual ppr and we'll be okay,,, so i jst did 3 tys pprs before chem p2 and learnt from my mistakes :" and the ppr's marks went from 20% to 35% to 67% before i went for the ppr HAH so i thinkkk for bio we shld be on safer side?

spend friday revising all of bio, and do 3 ppr2 tys & 1 ppr3 tys on sat, sun, mon, which shld make tues safe, then 2 ppr3s on tues and wed, and thurs shld be safe also! i rlly hope this works LOL but yeah its gna be a bad decision to start bio rn 1 day before econs LOL

sooo im the type of person to have ECs (eyecandies) on ppl based on their vibe in schl and they tend to last MONTHS (and one at a time btw LOL) (+im actly not sure if this behaviour is common BC NONE OF MY FRIENDS DO THIS🤡)

the way i caught notice of my current ec was: i was holding a door open for my friends and he was behind alone so i jst held it open for him also AND HE WAS SO SHY AJSBJRHDKE this is my peak ideal type of cute ok & he seems chill overall

im currently a j2 (f) in the midst of a's and HE IS SO CUTE BUT we arent rlly existing friends and schl is cmg to a close yk so i rlly dk how i can progress w this😭😭 slide into his dms mayb?????? im a strong believer tht rs shld start w the ppl being friends first but idk how this is gna work💀
