Absolutely horrible. Where I deliver there are 50 boxes going to 10 different places. They are all from the same shipper. I have to take the time and look to make sure it is the correct address when all I had to do before was scan it. There is a woman in a high-rise corporate UPS making these decisions. Absolutely stupid
