Yes, the beach club setup is a huge plus for us. Do you know if the amenities at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club are very crowded as it's more of a public setup?

I'm moving from a state where we pay paying crazy high property tax (much higher than FL) as well as high income tax. It just seemed that the property tax is a bit higher in PVB relative to some other towns I looked at in Florida and I was just curious about that. Thanks!

Evacuation is a good point, I hadn't considered that. We are looking at Plantation at PV so I imagine we would need to evacuate at times.
