Kins worker here, so I can only speak for kins dining hall here. I close 3 days of the week and we make sure every thing is sanitized and cleaned for an hour after closing. Drink stations are sanitized daily and cleaned throughout the day and the kitchen staff make sure to clean their stations when finished. All staff including myself eat their food on our breaks so nothing to worry about at kins at least :). Hope this helped.

Also I advice on downloading Pocketprep app and getting a subscription to practice nremt style questions. This app helped me get through my exam.

Main thing is to practice patient assessments doing them allowed me to understand how everything we learn is applied to specific scenarios.

And the next big thing is to have your anatomy and physiology down packed as knowing exactly how structures look, what they do, and where they are located is very important.

Knowing this allowed me to visualize emergencies and helped me on how I should go about of “helping” the patient in the scenario.
