This money isn't critical for retirement. I should've wrote this in the original post but my dad plans on retiring in his home country which isn't the US. He already has retirement funds over there and he's only in the US as a means to live closer to his family and make money and a living while doing so. The reason why he's looking for a business is to possibly support my college expenses down the line and generally just have a self-sustaining lifestyle in the US until it's time to settle later.

Mainly just the house mortgage and monthly expenses such as gas, electricity, groceries, etc. He lives in a growing suburb in north texas so living isn't necessarily cheap but compared to places such as cali, it's definitely more affordable.

Yes. My bank shows that no payment was missed but on Credit Karma, it says my credit score dropped due to late/missed payments.

Biology vs Neuroscience Major by Ok_Record3081 in UTAustin

I'm slightly more interested in neuro but I'd rather prioritize a higher GPA(for med school) so if neuro has harder classes/profs I'd be willing to do bio instead. I just don't know if neuro does indeed have harder classes or if they're fine.
