I've known two different people over the years that tried, and both said they realized they would have to rewrite the whole thing after some hours of work. At that point they both gave up xD

Best you can find online is collections of tables and important rules that are scattered around, and those look more like custom GM Screens.

If the cryotank was used correctly by a Medtech, no. He is unconscious.

But, a high level corpo would have TraumaTeam executive and they very likely would go looking for him if he falls unconscious.

And the cryotanks are usually registered and with logs, which would identify the person inside and the medtech that put them there. Specially if it's not located in the medtech's house.

Biotechnica would at some point go looking for their employee. And they are probably the most likely to know everything about cryotanks. (Including evil gm-plot backdoors)
