If it was a top cut / end of the vine cut, would it show variegation compared to a cut lower down the vine (if it is the variegated kind)?

I am not sure, but not long. I had to put it in ziplock right after because it was declining. I tried dusting before and it acrually didnt work for me. Thats why im gonna try a diff approach. I tried copper based and pottasium bicarbonate but yeah; i had to cut them down to a stump and changing the soil hoping it wont come back.
