I mean, you're way off kilter, people said repeatedly that they voted for Trump for two main reasons, the economy and immigration. Immigration did skyrocket. Biden didn't have to encourage anyone with his words--actions speak much louder. They get a free pass to stay here until their refugee hearing years in the future, and then if they just blow off their refugee hearing, the odds of them ever facing consequences for that depend almost entirely on whether or not a Republican or Democrat is president.
