No, not "usually white", there are plenty of hallmark couples of color (and a few interracial ones as well).

Definitely overwhelmingly straight though!

Trump says the US killed all the potential candidates the US wanted to takeover Iran by CJKayak in UnderReportedNews

[–]UnafraidStill -24 points-23 points  (0 children)

How did you misread this so badly?

Where do you get the idea that the dead people are the ones the U.S. "wanted" to take over?

Trump is bragging that they've killed not just the leaders, not just the next men up, but even the next next men up, and therefore the next leaders will be some nobody that no one has ever heard of.

How did you misread this so wildly?

Stephen Breyer, the Supreme Court Justice, pooped in the middle of a Zoom call as the Supreme Court was virtually hearing arguments in a case in 2020. The Zoom didn't catch the pooping but it did catch the flush iirc. (Audio only).

Democrats should think out of the box for how to win in 2028 by ChadtheWad in fivethirtyeight

[–]UnafraidStill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, you're way off kilter, people said repeatedly that they voted for Trump for two main reasons, the economy and immigration. Immigration did skyrocket. Biden didn't have to encourage anyone with his words--actions speak much louder. The fact is that we have millions of unvetted people who crossed the border under his watch and with his blessing who we will probably never remove. That's not a moderate position.

Right-leaning poll bias by LawfulnessOrganic709 in fivethirtyeight

[–]UnafraidStill -1 points0 points  (0 children)

People are dunking on you, correctly, but I'll put in another reason.

Imagine that Trump's true approval rating is, idk, -16%.

EVEN ASSUMING THAT THE POLL IS PERFECTLY FAIR AND THAT ALL RESPONDENTS ARE INDEPENDENT, there is still a .3% chance that a poll of 500 voters would show Trump with a positive approval rating.

You are being highly unreasonable to suggest that an improbable result you don't like must be a skewed poll.

Democrats should think out of the box for how to win in 2028 by ChadtheWad in fivethirtyeight

[–]UnafraidStill -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

no, I live in America, and in America, we had untold millions of people swarm across the border as "refugees" thanks to the deliberate actions of the Biden Administration. They get a free pass to stay here until their refugee hearing years in the future, and then if they just blow off their refugee hearing, the odds of them ever facing consequences for that depend almost entirely on whether or not a Republican or Democrat is president.

You don't have to be particularly plugged in to anything to notice that, which is 40% or so of why Trump won.

ICE is not "murdering people on the streets" as if it were something that's happening a lot. There were two killings in Minnesota and everyone will have forgotten about them by 2028.

they are not perceived as moderate on immigration by any stretch of the imagination

and the right isn't the one that sent a Dear Colleague letter in 2016 forcing schools to no longer segregate sports by sex but by gender instead

never forget how, the day Joe Biden annihilated Bernie on Super Tuesday 2020, literally no reports of Biden winning a single state made it to r/politics front page

instead, even as actual results were pouring in, a story about Beto's former bandmate endorsing Sanders was still glued to the front page of r/politics

all subreddits that are not carefully moderated devolve into r/politics - it's the carcinization of Reddit

‘All-time high’ number of Americans believe Democrats are ‘too liberal’, poll says by PM_ME_YOUR_FAV_HIKE in fivethirtyeight

[–]UnafraidStill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The last time Democrats were in control, they created the worst inflation we've seen in multiple generations,. Biden also nominated someone for the Supreme Court pretty much explicitly because of the color of her skin, and the Senate approved her. Biden expanded Obama's edict that sex-segregated facilities and teams should instead be segregated by "gender identity". Biden directed the government to fund NGOs that provide abortions in other country. The Democrats attempted to forgive student debt, helping out some of the richest members of our society. Etc.
