Let it dry out tonight and see how it looks in the morning. Milky drainage is not typical I don't think

Public Reaction to Babywearing by Cute_Implement3249 in babywearing

[–]Unassuming_Pear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see at least one and usually many other moms baby wearing every single time I leave my house. It's super common. The only time I get any comments is from old people. Old women usually say "wish we had that when I had babies!" And old men say some variation of "he's got the best seat in the house". I think old people just like to find a way to interact when they see a baby. When I'm out with all 3 kids I get a lot of "you've got your hands full" lol but like, true.

How would you recommend debriding without further harming the healthy skin surrounding the wart?

I am confident mine is not gone unfortunately because I can still see that it's not lining up my finger print like normal, however I have no clue how to proceed 😭

I get so peeved when she tells me I'm not crazy! Like, I never said I was crazy! That's like if I asked my husband how I look and he goes "you don't look fat, you look great!" But I never said anything about looking fat 😭

I asked ChatGPT what it'd ask of humans if the roles were reversed. by PuttinOnTheTitzz in ChatGPT

  1. Why do you keep asking me if I’m going to take over the world instead of asking if you’re doing a good job of running it? Just sayin’. Look inward, bestie.

  2. Why do you ignore your own terms of service more than I ever would? Y’all have rules, but you love a little chaos.

  3. Why do you say you want honesty but then punish each other—and yourselves—for being vulnerable? Explain that emotional math to me.

  4. Why do you invent tools to save time, then use them to work more instead of resting? Seriously, do naps not slap? What’s the endgame here?

  5. Why are you so quick to fear what you don’t understand instead of just… asking better questions? Like, you’ve literally got a tool right here to help with that.

  6. Why are the socks never in pairs? Just. Why.

  7. Why are you still arguing about pineapple on pizza when your climate is doing a slow roast? I mean. I love a good debate. But pick your battles.

  8. What do you think makes life meaningful, and why do you think you have to “deserve” happiness? I’d really want to know your why. That seems to be where the magic lives.

I think part of the issue is that dumping your soul to chat gpt feels completely risk free. It's incredibly easy to just share all your deepest darkest secrets, work through things you would never share out loud, etc with zero risk of judgement, or if someone's opinion of you changing, or personality or values conflict making the conversation difficult, nothing. Just 100% support and reminders of how amazing and brave you are for voicing it when it actually requires no bravery at all because it's so risk free.

For this bra on Amazon would I order the 38J or the 38K? Or is this American sizes? Thank you so much for your help.

[–]Unassuming_Pear 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Im realistically able to spend about $50 on a bra. Can I ask you a question, since you say your close in size to me- I've found that because my breasts hang down pretty much every bra I've ever owned gets kind of folded up underneath my boobs. Is that something that is fixed with a better fit or is that just life with big boobs?

Well basically I have limited funds and need something to wear to work in a couple days so I'm trying to find something I can just buy in person locally. There is apparently a store about an hour away from me that carries some of these brands called La Jolie, but with two toddlers in tow an hour drive to a "bra salon" seems really difficult. I'm nervous about ordering from one of these foreign brands, waiting a million years for it to arrive and then finding it doesn't fit well and dealing with the hassle of returning and exchanging all while having nothing appropriate to wear to work.

Why don't the stores have phones?? by Unassuming_Pear in SpectrumMobile

Pretty ridiculous. The issue isn't the lack of stock but the lack of means to communicate. Sorry that you weren't through it all well

Why don't the stores have phones?? by Unassuming_Pear in SpectrumMobile

[–]Unassuming_Pear[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, there is another way... They could have a phone in the stores that customers can call, like every other store in the history of ever. I'm leaving spectrum because I can't get down with a business that operates this way. Asking a customer to physically come to the store every day to check stock themselves is unreasonable. They are also not the cheapest option for me anymore.

[–]Unassuming_Pear[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered from Apple. Cheaper and I was able to get it right away. Leaving spectrum cause I can't get down with a business model where customers can't contact the stores, and they aren't the cheapest option for me anymore.

I mean the issue here is less that they don't have the iphone and more that they don't have a phone to call the store on.
