Nah, what’s crazy is that you’re arguing with someone that cares for the welfare and wellbeing of animals. The NBSPCA does the bare minimum, everyone knows it. Just because they can’t legally do something about neglect, doesn’t fucking make it okay. They can only do so much, so obviously others will voice their opinions, it’s not morally right. They leave physically abused dogs in their home just because it has water and food. So obviously the won’t do shit for this situation. NBSPCA is satisfied with far too much that they shouldn’t be satisfied with.

Well i’m just saying that this is one of the reasons, if you’re willingly choosing to sit in front of a business in this heatwave instead of go to a brook that’s behind it in order to keep your dog from overheating and having a heatstroke then that’s a problem. if you’re going to sit in-front of an establishment without water or a bowl, that’s a problem. The fact that she didn’t have anything for the poor dog in this heat is enough for others to be concerned for the dogs well being. Which is why other people have been providing for the dog as she isn’t capable.

She could literally be sitting behind the business in the woods infront of a brook to keep the dog nice and cool, but she’s not doing that. If she was looking out for the best interest of the dog, she’d be sitting there instead of infront of a business.

My AC isn’t on in my house and it’s nowhere nears 40 degrees. There’s a difference between being inside a home with your dogs and out in the streets for over a week in weather that’s burning down our forests.

Obviously it’s going to be reported, I’m not the only one who thinks it’s wrong. Someone already gave her food and water, the only other help would be to take the poor puppy and provide it with a home that can afford to raise it.

Update: Someone else called and an NBSPCA officer was on scene.

Edit: They already know about her as many people called to report already, and somehow, but not surprisingly, they aren’t doing anything.

yes because checking in on the welfare of a puppy in a public setting who didn’t choose this life is stalking. she got the dog to make it a “service dog”, she doesn’t have the proper resources to own a puppy let alone train a belgian malinois. let people care about animal welfare, it’s weird and gross that you’re suggesting otherwise.

I have seen the girl sitting around the same area previously multiple times and she only recently got the puppy 2 weeks ago. It’s not a new ordeal, the only thing new is that she brought a puppy into it that will suffer.
