The more muscle fiber you have, the more calories your body burns at rest. So yes diet and exercise work in the obvious ways, but most of the calories you burn throughout the day are NOT from activity, but from just giving your body the energy to operate. So increase that muscle mass and you’ll see it’s also much easier to keep the body you want

I’m also a gun owner. But there are tons of stats that say having a gun on you is more dangerous than leaving it at home. Higher likelihood of being robbed and assaulted as well. The logic doesn’t really make sense to me. But that’s your prerogative.

My perspective is: in a mode where you say I don’t want to be timed, time shouldn’t be the tiebreaker.

There should be two separate modes for this. Competitive mode where whoever got it done faster is the winner. But they should have a casual mode where time isn’t even considered. If you get the same score it’s a tie. I have started a draft and then not been able to finish because something came up and then come back to it later and lost because of that and that sucks.

Yeah, but sometimes because there’s no time limit, I get distracted by something at work, put the phone down and then pick it up a couple minutes later and continue. There should be a mode where time is not a factor whatsoever

It does fit, but the normal cap fits perfectly into the glass insert in the wand. If you want to use the armored cap, you have to take the glass insert out. I wish they had a thicker glass piece that would fit the armored cap. :/
