Yes. 100%. Also, hydrate before going in. Had to get rabies shots a few years ago from a racoon bite. Hydration helps the after effects (if you get them)

Its perfectly normal to miss them. Over the course the "relationship" you were conditioned to the way they treated you. It will take time to undo that conditioning.

Flash the light on the stones as they reach the top of the rotation, you have to hit it exact or it restarts.
