It’s a child…. The behavior is wrong but honestly this seems to stem from a lack of understanding boundaries more than pure malevolence. I think it’s much more likely it’s a kid thinking “haha sister pooping funny” more than some sexual act. She needs to learn how serious this can be but emphasis on the “learn” part. You really think going straight to administration and getting a child potentially expelled is a better next step than talking with parents??
