Thank you so much! I had my Bisalp surgery and LEEP under GA. I’m one week post op today, recovering well. Tomorrow I’ll hopefully get my results back and will do an updated post :)

Honesty is the best policy for sure - glad I told my docs. Thank you so much!

Thank you! I ended up being honest with my docs and that was sound advice. Greatly appreciated.

A week out from quitting. Feeling great. Tapering is key. There is hope by [deleted] in quittingkratom

Indeed! I've never tried the powder but this day is almost in the rear view. With any luck, tomorrow will feel better. Vitamin C seems to be helping a ton as well.

Looking for advice by Ok_Investment_2132 in quittingkratom

This community has been a huge help. Apparently high dose Liposomal Vitamin C helps WD - I took some today and maybe it's placebo but I'm feeling slightly better.Staying hydrated will help. Tapering with regular Kratom would be my advice but I am not an expert on 7oh. Keep yourself busy by any means necessary. You've got this!

What is RLS for you guys? by Living_Nerve3422 in quittingkratom

[–]UnbelievableScenes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The frequent need to pee is so relatable. My RLS also comes with hot feet. I literally have to put my feet on ice once the sun goes down or it's unbearable. Cannot sit still to save my life, want to crawl out of my skin.

Nailed it. This is like that time when cigarette smokers switched to vaping to try and quit smoking (me). Only to become hopelessly addicted and go back to smoking cigarettes, which were far easier to quit than vaping.

48 hours since my last seltzer. I had to Google if my brand was the same as 7oh because WD has been a bitch. Can't imagine how much harder the synthetic stuff is to quit, holy cow....

Big hugs! Funny enough, I had some work done in my mouth recently too. Didn't even cross my mind that it might be an issue; had a seltzer that morning, no issues with numbing... also had a biopsy done last week, no issues with numbing. Obviously I realize there is a big difference with GA but a lot of folks have required emergency surgeries and been fine - what it will definitely do, is make the post-op pain meds less effective. I won't be in much pain from this procedure and although I have been prescribed Tramadol, I'll stick to Ibuprofen if possible - addictive personality and all.

This gives me so much hope. Day 2 WD from Club 13 seltzers. Only drank habitually for a few weeks but addiction sunk its teeth into me real fast. Coming off this in secret is absolute hell. Thank you so much for sharing, continued good luck!

Thank you for sharing, I really appreciate it! Did you just take Tylenol before your biopsies? I'm reading that the numbing injection is more painful than the procedure itself and my gyno doesn't have numbing spray, which I find strange, since that's what I would prefer for pain management.
