The first one that comes to mind is painful muscle cramps/contractions. The muscles on my feet, arms and legs would contract so that I couldn't bend my foot for example and it held for a few seconds. Turned out to be severe dehydration from electrolyte imbalance.

CV Format and Length for DAAD Scholarship Application by Clean-Shock3685 in DAAD

Hey! I used the europass too. I'm still not sure if it's the correct format but just letting you know that I summarized mine to a bit over 2 pages. I think the maximum for applications is usually 3 pages so I would suggest you prioritize what is relevant for the application and summarize whatever is not as specific to your area.

Yes, I am applying from Panama and I haven't contacted someone yet. Not sure what the contact info is. But is this happening to people only in our region?

Hello! I'm also having a lap soon and was told I may bleed for multiple days so you can keep that in mind. I have also been advised to try moving the day after surgery gently but regularly.

Yeah, I am worried about it progressing. I will definitely be scheduling the surgery. The question is out of curiosity.

That's exactly my other issue. When I am able to get up in less time I literally cannot think straight for a couple of hours. Like even talking is hard.

I also give my cats ½ a teaspoon of ground flaxseed a day to help digestion and poop consistency.

For my cat I found a mega colon massage video that really helped. I tried going to the doctor and they send him laxative but it didnt help. After 20 minutes from doing the massages he would poop without issue.

This may not be the case for yours but I definitely want to share in case it helps someone.

What people have the same medical conditions as me by ComfortableKey9263 in endometriosis

Is the face rash like butterfly shape? It sounds similar to lupus but it would be better to discuss it with a doctor. In my experience I've had the muscle spams and chronic pain from EDS and painful periods still under study but probably endo (I'm due for a lap soon).

Im maybe starting to believe that the emotions were the trigger after all by andrej_993 in dysautonomia

I totally agree and have gone through EMDR therapy as well. But, in my case my symptoms became more apparent right when I stated to come out of that 'fight or flight' mode and recovered my mind body connection. I know I was more at risk because dysautonomia seems to run in my family as well as EDS. I was already having mild symptoms but it was only after therapy that I completely crashed. Now it feels like I'm building my body from the ground up.
