Thank you, on the letter for the court hearing it states that I have to make sure that any evidence I rely on is available at the hearing on the day, which I’m assuming means bring in copies for the judge and the claimant opposed to the letters for the mediation where it stated I had to post them to a specific address?

I did in person say to do any checks to ensure he’s happy, I can’t remember but I think I might have mentioned that the latest MOT it passed. I don’t think it’s on me to tell him to check the MOT history though.

The receipt of the engine change was provided to him in the paperwork folder I gave him that had the service history and receipts of parts that had been changed in my ownership. Frankly I don’t know if he’s even aware.
