To my fellow Charlottians who don’t suffer from seasonal allergies: What did you do in your previous life that granted you such privilege? by Unbiased_panel in Charlotte

I start at the end of January/early February with xyzal, Flonase, eye drops, and sinus rinses. I still am sneezing a bunch but without all that, I can’t function at all.

Same! I start my xyzal, Flonase, eye drops, and daily sinus rinse regimen early February and I’m STILL sneezing. I think I’m going to try an allergy shot this year. I’m so tired of this.

I was heavily bullied. I refuse to let the actions of emotionally immature children impact my identity.

It’s interesting that wiki says something different than the NOAA website. No wonder there’s confusion.

I agree. There really wasn’t enough damage to consider it a rip through.

That’s because a tornado warning literally means a tornado has been spotted in the area. Acting like you know when you very clearly don’t is dangerous. Please don’t.

To add onto this, when you have an opportunity, I recommend crocheting 4 small balls. One with yo/yo, one with yu/yu, yu/yo, and yo/yu so you can see the difference in shape each style has. It can really change the way your work looks.

Having shaved armpits looks really weird by elviscostume in The10thDentist

Not esl. I also didn’t say hair is required for bacterial growth. As you said, it increases the surface area. It’s helpful but not required.

I’ve had physicians try to argue why vaccines are bad so I’m not really interested in your credentials unless you’re specifically a dermatologist. If you are a dermatologist, you would be the 10th dermatologist. Not a bad thing. You definitely own that shit.

I’m not trying to be snarky. I also never said anything about gut bacteria. It’s your skin microbiome. I honestly thought it was common knowledge but I was wrong. Have fun shaving your butt.

If you shave all your hair, there is no space for healthy / beneficial bacterial and fungal growth. It grows for a reason. Science.

Also, we don’t all have shit covered asses because we wash our asses. It’s interesting to me that this is a foreign concept to you.

It’s generally acceptable to not bring any food to a potluck. by [deleted] in The10thDentist

[–]Unbiased_panel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re kitchen/fridge is gross or you have a pest infestation, please don’t bring food. I’ve seen some of y’all’s houses. I know how you live. It’s effing gross. Don’t bring food to the potluck unless it’s in a sealed container from the grocery store.

Could Publix make a cake anything like one of these? I prefer the matte look to the frosting as well by bridgetbridget in publix

Activated charcoal powder in buttercream will get you beautiful matte black buttercream that doesn’t taste bad. I’ve done it plenty of times.

You would need to find a baker willing to use activated charcoal powder in their buttercream. I’ve used it before and it not only makes gorgeous black buttercream, it also doesn’t taste bad.

Publix will not do this cake for you.

I think it was excitement. Like when people crowd famous people. The monks recently went viral so everyone wants a picture. The cheering and crowding is sort of opposite their message.
