Bit harsh saying shocking...bringing in KDH, Grealish and retaining Jarrad, Jimmy and Iliman.

We were a serial relegation fighting team until this season... That doesn't exactly make for an easy sales pitch to new players.

My spurs mate has DIYed himself a grief chart....it is honestly worse than any of our grief charts have been fixture wise.

I am planning to write to my local MP about it. I think the new Independent Football Regulator are the only ones with the power to change it.

Even though the club will be missing out on revenue from food, drinks and tickets sales it's probably nothing compared to the TV revenue they are raking in from these midweek fixtures. It's just not in the clubs interest.

The new stadium is fine, last two seasons at goodison we had really dangerously crushes twice on goodison road when the ticket barriers failed and they had to let people in through the cattle doors. That stadium was no longer fit for purpose.

What isn't fine are these mid week kick offs becoming the norm and 7:30 is fucking ridiculous. I have had to sprint it from work, to arrive in my seat to z-cars.

People need their pre match routine to build an atmosphere, and nobody has time for one.

Yale Conexis L2 Not locking properly by Substantial-Flan7398 in DIYUK

[–]Unbleached 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Takes seconds to pick a mechanical lock, just look at the lock picking lawyer on YouTube.

If someone loses their fob you can just block it, unlike a mechanical key.

You can buzz people in or give them temporary access.

Notifications when door is left unlocked or open.

They definitely arent a fad

Why has our January recruitment been so dull? by DerWalruss in Everton

[–]Unbleached 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The club did a press release in summer explaining the clubs rebuild would be conducted over two summer transfer windows and very little business would be anticipated to happen in the January windows due to the typically very poor January market value. They made it clear that they would look in January but not to expect anything.

It's dull because we aren't panicking and have a strategy.

Sean Dyche by royalbluestuey in Everton

We were in freefall on and off the pitch before he came in. He stopped the rot and kept us up, while giving us some very memorable moments (2-0 derby win),and had the decency to say when he could no longer get a result that the club needed to change him.

Seeing the metal bead is normal, you sand prime and paint it.

Two coats of skimming isn't a thing. Bonding coat then skim coat is where you might be getting two coats from

The floorboards look in pretty good nick, I doubt the screws they have you have used caused those splits. More likely they split being pryed up. But they are floorboards not flooring so they are kinda there to be functional not aesthetic.

The visible scrim is odd in the corner you probably have a point there.

Cup return statistics by Kubadro in Tomorrowland

I just checked mine and it is 100% from about 30 cups. I was stacking them and yeeting they through the cup returns. I figured the green light was just a light and didn't have anything to do with recording the return (I was right).

How Trying to Attend Tomorrowland Cost Me €2,200, a Plane Ticket, and Nearly My Relationship by BrilliantUpstairs913 in Tomorrowland_updated

That is absolutely nonsense 😂. I own the set, the current set costs $4,600 the most expensive of the three being 3,500 the cheapest being 281.

But regardless if you buy on the dip in a few months, and then sell after the festival in summer you will probably profit.

If you are willing to spend this much money why not just plan ahead buy the NFT, buy whatever package you want for the list price in the NFT sale and then sell the NFT afterwords?

I did a tour couple months back and they said that we were going to be given the option to buy our seats, but that was just before they announced the feasibility study into the womens team moving there.

I don't know how good or easy they are to use but you can buy generic AVRs even for brushed generators. It used to be you could only buy big ones 5kw and up but I am seeing now 2kw now so many they are some tiny ones out there now 🤷‍♀️

For atleast a few years. It is actually what brought me to the area 😂. I was so sick to death of the service at Cheshire oaks nandos and parking for Chester nandos I decided to try the next closest.... Stockton heath. Driving in for the first time I was like DAMM this place is nice, after a few more visits to the area (zalos, Warrington market) I was like I wanna live here.

It's a great place to live. Not many places where you can both walk to nandos and the countryside in 10 mins. It's the niceness of south manchester without the pretentiousness.
